Your first training week, written before you sign up.
Answer a few questions about your goal, your schedule and your body. Relyra writes the actual week — days, exercises, sets and reps — and remembers why it chose every one of them.

How it works
Three things happen, in this order.
- 01
You answer. It listens.
Your goal, your experience, how many days you actually have, what equipment you can reach, what hurts. One question per screen, about two minutes.
- 02
It writes week one.
Not a template with your name on top. Real days, real exercises, real sets and reps, drawn from your answers — and you can swap anything that doesn't suit you.
- 03
Then it keeps up with you.
You miss a session, a lift stalls, a shoulder starts complaining. The coach changes what comes next, and tells you what it changed and why.
The week
Here is the output. Not a picture of a dashboard.
Three days a week, a full gym, and a left shoulder that objects to pressing overhead. This is what Relyra writes for that person.
Full Body · 3 days
Adapted around a shoulder injury- Back squat3×6
- Landmine press3×8
- Chest-supported row3×10
- Split squat3×10
Not one overhead press across all three days — the shoulder was mentioned once, in passing. Nobody had to switch off a setting.
Memory
It never asks you the same thing twice.
Every fact the coach learns is stored as a fact — visible, dated and correctable in one sentence. Not buried somewhere in a chat log you would have to scroll back through.
What your coach knows
Saved facts — tap one to see it used
And here it is using them
Context: Goal: lose fat without losing strength
"No overhead press today — that shoulder has flagged twice this month. Landmine press instead: same stimulus, kinder angle. Still training at seven?"
Wrong about something? Say so once and it changes.
Pricing
Free is a real coach. Not a trial.
The part that makes Relyra worth using — the memory, the conversation, the plan that adapts — is free and stays free. Plus pays for the things that cost real money to run.

One question away
Your first week is about two minutes from here.
No account, no card. Just the first question.
Before you start
The questions people actually ask.
Do I need an account before I see the plan?
No. Answer the questions and the week is yours to look at. The account exists so it can be saved — and so the coach still knows you tomorrow.
Is this just a workout generator?
A generator is finished the moment the plan is printed. Relyra's plan is the starting point: it changes when you miss a session, stall on a lift, or mention that something hurts.
What if it gets something about me wrong?
Tell it. Every fact it holds about you is visible and can be corrected in a sentence, and the correction sticks — you won't be arguing the same point again next month.
Can I train at home?
Yes. It asks what equipment you can actually reach and builds around the answer. A pair of dumbbells is a real answer, not a consolation prize.
